📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the store's inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
