You will be responsible for recording and reconciling daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Work closely with the accounting team to maintain the hotel's financial records and support management in financial decision-making.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including management and department heads.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role in a hospitality or related industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software, including QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
