📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems and facilities are functioning optimally.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance the building's value and efficiency.

• Maintain a high standard of tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living or working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record in building maintenance and operations.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar.
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Banten.
