Makmur Maya Bakso is looking for a Deputy Server to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Server in managing the dining area and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Server or similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.,Passion for food and customer service.
