Accor Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the benefits of in-office collaboration.

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hotel operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, from managing staff to ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • Manage and lead a team of department managers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
