📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather input and feedback.,Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
