In-House Maintenance Technician

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, including stoves, grills, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues in our restaurants and guest accommodations
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Inspect and maintain building infrastructure, such as flooring, walls, and ceilings, to prevent and address any issues
• Work with our team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and property staff to address and resolve maintenance requests and issues
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems, and familiarity with kitchen equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as ServiceMax or WorkflowMax, is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
