In this role, you will be responsible for leading our audit team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing recommendations for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of auditors in conducting internal audits.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by departments.,Provide training and guidance to audit team members on audit techniques and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
