📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct Lean audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in our logistics operations.
• Develop and implement Lean improvement projects, focusing on waste reduction, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Lean workshops, training sessions, and coaching to empower employees and drive cultural change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of Lean initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Lean methodologies to ensure our operations remain competitive.
• Communicate effectively with international partners and clients, using your English proficiency to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's Lean strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Lean implementation, process optimization, or a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication with international partners and clients.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or a similar Lean methodology is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean tools and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Lean software and tools, such as Minitab, LeanKit, or similar platforms.
