Sentral Kirana Tea is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and a chance to be part of a growing company. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of assigned outlets, including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, adhering to company standards and regulations.,Train and develop outlet staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistent brand experience across all outlets.,Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in the tea or beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to travel to outlets as needed.
