📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.,Experience in marketing and customer relations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
