📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and retail management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
