📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes,Manage and develop the company's human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation,Coordinate with department heads to achieve organizational goals and objectives,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Foster a positive and productive work environment for employees,Represent the company in various meetings, conferences, and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership,Strong knowledge of business operations, finance, and human resources,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
