As a Canvasser, you'll be the face of GoFood, building relationships with merchants, and ensuring they have a successful experience with our platform.

In this role, you'll be responsible for visiting merchants in their stores, explaining the benefits of GoFood, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You'll use tools like Google Maps and WhatsApp to navigate and communicate effectively. With a strong focus on customer service and sales, you'll help merchants understand how GoFood can boost their sales and reach a wider audience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and engage with local merchants to promote the GoFood platform.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
• Use Google Maps and WhatsApp to navigate and communicate effectively with merchants.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues merchants may have.
• Collect and analyze data on merchant engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive merchant sign-ups and growth.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest GoFood features and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and WhatsApp is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bandung.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
