Silver Go Jaya is a growing company in the Bintaro, Banten area, and we are looking for a talented Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials to operate efficiently. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and other departments to ensure that our procurement processes are streamlined and effective. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
