📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry-specific quality requirements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards is a plus.
