Crystal Bit Group is seeking a skilled Deputy Site Engineer to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.,Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.,Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress and issues.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction and engineering principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools.,Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
