📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Maintain and update vendor master data in SAP
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and take appropriate actions to minimize overdue payments
• Prepare and analyze monthly accounts payable reports for management review
• Assist in the preparation of annual audit documentation
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
