📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
