📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and make recommendations for new suppliers.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in budget planning and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
