📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent for our organization
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their fit for our company culture and job requirements
  • Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Providing feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral sources

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and referral sources
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
