Gading Murni is seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Team Commander to lead our security team in Badung, Bali. As the leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises and assets.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.,Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance the overall security of the premises.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive security approach.,Monitor and maintain security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control measures.,Provide training and development opportunities for the security team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate and detailed security records and reports for compliance and review purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA, ASIS, or equivalent).,Familiarity with security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control measures.,Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred.
