As a Senior Hospital Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing hospital claims for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to healthcare payers. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our billing processes and improving our clients' revenue cycle management.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Bali while contributing to our global healthcare billing services.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and process hospital claims for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to healthcare payers,Review and analyze claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations,Coordinate with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims issues and disputes,Monitor and report on claims processing metrics, identifying areas for improvement,Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and billing guidelines,Provide training and support to junior claims specialists as needed,Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements,Maintain detailed records of all claims processed and ensure compliance with data security protocols🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
