📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.,Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and clients.,Represent our clients in court and negotiate settlements.,Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.,Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.,Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to ensure comprehensive case management.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on corporate or commercial law.,Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and practice.,Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Admission to the Indonesian Bar Association (Advokat).
