📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of food and kitchen supplies.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,High school diploma or equivalent.
