Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation,Review and edit technical content to improve readability and usability,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of our industry and products/services,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
