Contracts Manager (Civil & Built Environment)

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects in some of Bali's most prestigious locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. You will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating terms, and overseeing project timelines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams to address any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all contracts and project activities.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of contract management processes.
• Liaise with legal and financial teams to ensure all contract terms are properly executed and enforced.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the status and progress of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the civil engineering and built environment sector.
• Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
