📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of front office staff, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using PMS and CRM systems.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain high occupancy rates and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and develop front office staff to uphold the hotel's service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure positive guest experiences and high repeat business rates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office management in luxury hotels.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Familiarity with PMS and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
