📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Developing and implementing safety and environmental management systems.
- Training employees on safety procedures and best practices.
- Investigating accidents and incidents to prevent their recurrence.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date health and safety records.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainable practices.
- Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Participating in emergency response planning and drills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
