📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit client locations to collect payments and negotiate settlements.
• Use our proprietary collection management system to track and manage your portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely collections.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the collection process.
• Submit regular reports to the Asset Management team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection or related roles.
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets and maintaining a high collection rate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with collection management systems and software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in remote and rural areas, including islands.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
