📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and performing at their best.
• Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to optimize our supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, HACCP, and local laws.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute logistics plans.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Akasha Wira International at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
