📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and minimizing bad debts
Conduct credit checks and approvals, working closely with sales and operations teams
Resolve payment disputes and maintain strong credit control processes
Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and QuickBooks
Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and growth
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and credit control
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Credit Control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial reporting and analysis
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
