As a Gindaco Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You'll work closely with our chefs to prepare and serve our signature dishes, including takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and other Japanese street food favorites. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve authentic Japanese dishes, including takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and other street food delights.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our chefs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or culinary role.
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and street food preparation techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with basic Japanese language skills a plus.
