📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Puskesmas, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and outcomes.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with community leaders and government officials to address public health issues.
• Promote health education and awareness programs to improve community health.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Puskesmas, identifying areas for improvement.
• Represent the Puskesmas at local and regional healthcare conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of public health principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with community leaders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software such as SIMPRS, SIMRS, or similar systems.
• Valid professional license and certification as required by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
