📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute heavy lifting and transport operations using cranes, slings, and other rigging equipment.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Train and mentor junior riggers and construction workers.
• Maintain accurate records of lifting operations and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Rigger certification (K3 Certified) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy lifting and rigging operations.
• Proven experience in using cranes, slings, and other rigging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with project teams.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
