🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in outsourcing operations, preferably in the mining sector.
• Proven track record in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma is a plus.
