📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their jewelry needs and preferences.
• Recommend and sell luxury jewelry pieces, ensuring they meet the customer's expectations and budget.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service, including maintenance and repair advice.
• Manage the store's inventory and ensure it is well-stocked and organized.
• Assist in organizing jewelry exhibitions and events to showcase our brand's latest collections.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Uphold our brand's values and standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in jewelry sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry brands and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in jewelry sales or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
